Overview

A travel insurance company was implementing a new claims processing software (Actisure) and protocol, but how were they going to effectively prepare their employees for this huge transition?

I worked with SME’s to develop multiple courses and job aids to ensure that employees, especially within the claims department, would be ready to use the new system when the change was implemented. After I developed a general overview course, I pivoted towards developing interactive scenario-based modules to practice performing essential functions on the new system, and seeing the real-life consequences of making realistic decisions with the software. This project involved heavy lifting within Camtasia and Articulate Storyline to create the kind of interactive demos that were necessary to get the team ready for this transition.
